AASHTO M 316 – Standard Specification for Polymer-Modified Emulsified Asphalt
AASHTO M 316-18 covers 11 grades of polymer-modified cationic and anionic emulsified asphalt for use in pavement construction in the manner designated. The modifier may be either a solid or a latex polymer. The modifier may be added either to the asphalt binder or emulsifier solution prior to the emulsification process.
